Notes:	Level I Medication Aide (LIMA) — Online with In-Person Clinical Training The Level I Medication Aide (LIMA) program at Green Creek Education is designed for healthcare professionals who want to expand their skills and take on a more advanced medication role under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This program combines flexible online learning with required hands-on clinical training, giving you the knowledge, experience, and state-approved testing needed to become a certified LIMA in Missouri. How the Program Works All classroom instruction is completed online through the Green Creek Student App, where you’ll have 24/7 access to: ✔ Video lessons and learning modules ✔ Quizzes, assignments, and study tools ✔ Exam preparation and review materials ✔ Instructor messaging and academic support ✔ Progress tracking so you stay on schedule Once the online coursework is complete, you will attend 8 hours of mandatory, in-person clinical training at an approved healthcare facility, where your medication administration skills will be taught, observed, and validated by licensed professionals.
